What I bring to the team.

Six capabilities built over seven years of delivering under real constraints.

Sprint Facilitation

Stand-ups, planning, reviews, retros — lean and on time, every time.

Scope & Risk

Clear milestones. Early risk surfacing. Honest tradeoffs with stakeholders.

Team Coaching

Lift velocity by removing friction — not by pushing the team harder.

Stakeholder Comms

Clean status reports. No surprises. Leadership stays aligned.

Process Improvement

Two client-approved process ideas shipped at TCS — cutting transaction time.

Quality & Mentorship

Audits, SPOC duty, onboarding juniors into independent contributors.

Ready to make every sprint count?

I build calm, focused teams that ship on time.

I'm a Scrum Master and Project Manager with 7+ years across Agile delivery, insurance operations, and claims processing. My role isn't ceremony choreography — it's removing friction between a team and the outcomes they're trying to ship.

Currently at Info Origin Technologies, facilitating the full Scrum cadence and owning project scope and milestones. Previously at Principal Global Services (Term Life underwriting analysis) and Tata Consultancy Services (UK maturity & surrender claims, SPOC duty, process improvements).

I hold an MBA from NMIMS Mumbai and a B.Sc. in Science — training that sharpened how I read systems, teams, and the distance between the two.

How I work

PRINCIPLE 01

Unblock before you optimize.

Every stand-up ends with one question: what's in your way? Velocity comes from clearing the path.

PRINCIPLE 02

Coach the team, not the Gantt chart.

Agile is a mindset people choose. I make the better choice the easier one — through facilitation, not mandate.

PRINCIPLE 03

Retrospectives are commitments, not rituals.

If a retro doesn't end with a concrete change the team will actually try, it wasn't a retro — it was a meeting.

PRINCIPLE 04

Honest status. Early escalation.

Leadership doesn't need optimism — they need accuracy. I surface risk early and own the tradeoff conversation.

04 · Impact

Selected work, in Problem–Action–Result form.

A portfolio should read like a case file, not a highlight reel. Three representative moments from the last seven years.

Cutting transaction time on UK life claims

Case 01 · TCS · 2017–2021
★ Star Performer × 2
Problem
High-volume UK maturity and surrender claims had legacy handoff steps that stretched transaction times and created rework loops between associates and onshore SMEs.
Action
As SPOC for client calls, audited the flow end-to-end. Proposed two process changes targeting the specific handoffs costing most hours — then championed them through client sign-off.
Result
Both ideas were approved and implemented by the client. Measurable reduction in transaction time. Recognized as Star Performer in June 2018 and August 2020.

Scaling enrollment quality while onboarding the next wave

Case 02 · Principal Global · 2021–2023
★ Spot Award
Problem
Term Life enrollment required accurate underwriting-line analysis and multi-channel customer follow-through, while the team simultaneously needed to absorb new hires without losing throughput.
Action
Owned complex underwriting analyses, triaged and escalated edge cases to the right departments, and ran structured workflow training for new joiners on the same workload.
Result
Enrollment quality held through the ramp, escalations hit the right desks first time, and new hires reached productive ownership faster — earning a Spot Award.

Full Scrum cadence with continuous improvement built in

Case 03 · Info Origin · 2025 — Present
● Current
Problem
Cross-functional projects needed a single owner for scope, timelines, risks, backlog hygiene, and the daily facilitation that keeps delivery on rhythm — without burning out the team.
Action
Run the full Scrum cadence. Define milestones, track dependencies, remove impediments, coach teammates on Agile principles, coordinate backlog refinement with POs, and maintain clean status reporting.
Result
Smooth, timely sprint delivery; resource planning the team endorses; post-sprint retrospectives translated into real commitments for the next sprint.
